Return of the Four-Day Goal

Since unpacking the PODS we have the recumbent bike again, and I have started using it. Current four-day goals in place are: No eating after 9pm, so get dinner at a decent time (I tend to eat too late, resulting in heartburn, or too early, resulting in midnight snacks); bike for 5 minutes (I've actually been doing more because 5 is almost ridiculously short after first night). So far I am keeping those up very well. Tonight I up my bike goal to 10 minutes.

OH my gosh..that is so awesome.
You now have more willpower than 99 percent of the population...maybe even more than that.
A four day goal..i can bearly make it one day at a time.
One time when I had a bunch of weight to lose I didn't know how I was going to do it.
I bought *Stop the Insanity* changed my life. Instead of thinking I had to lose 100+ pounds I learned to think small. So I lost 120 pounds ten pounds at a time. I ate nothing that contained more than 30 percent fat. (fat grams X 9 /total calories...move the decimal two places.) That formula probably saved my life.
I just can't say how impressed I am.
Judging by my jowls I need to get on the bandwagon with you.
