I am tired.

So very tired.

Hubby and I both had a bad reaction to an Indian dinner last night, and we've been paying for it ever since.

The AC is up to big scheming and I am overwhelmed by the amount of creating, organizing, and general doing that will be going on in the next few months.

I've joined a game of Vampire: The Masquerede and have spent way too much time reading White Wolf-written manuals this past week. I mean, Vampire, fercrissakes, could we get any tackier? But it's the kitsch level that attracts me, too. Damn my love of ironic kitsch! Though I am tempted to travel back in time and hit some really bad writers in the head.

Someone who stalks me might join me at Yarn School this fall! Huzzah! So now I will have someone to talk to when B (assuming she can come; we are staying positive on this for now) is swamped by adoring fans.

Same someone is also helping me scheme. No, it's not Amanda Palmer, but it's exciting nonetheless.

I am current on the new Doctor Who. Huzzah. His hair is too tall at times. I love the new companion, Donna, she's so average (looks-wise) without being pathetic or ugly or unable to act. Not that I didn't like Martha or Rose, but they are hot and all of what, 19? 20? Nice to see a normal looking person on TV.

Oh, hon... Donna is played by the fab Catharine Tate who is a fine comic. She has had a couple of series of sketch shows on the Beeb. There are a smattering of clips over here:

Lauren made it into the Brishish vernacular with the whole 'bovvered?' thing and I have to admit a huge soft spot for the delightfully foul Nan.
